It was a very nice stay in this hotel. Facilities are amazing and food is good. Staff is very friendly as well. On the first night we booked the romantic dinner and this was an amazing experiece! Special thanks to Kanun and Pin for the great service!! 🙂🙂

Really a 5 star amazing experience. My wife and I stayed at Pullman Panwa for 4 nights and extended an extra night because of the wonderful hospitality. I would like to say thank you to the entire team from front office, reception, sports. housekeeping, and food and beverage for making our stay so wonderful. I am a proud Accor staff member and took my wife there to celebrate our anniversary (i didnt tell staff there because i booked the room under staff rate). But they found out im a staff member. they treated me like a VIP. I really appreciate the kindness. Khun Pan, sports manager personally welcomed me at reception, escorted us to the room. We were welcomed by a surprise upgrade. We were already so happy and the room was decorated so beautifully. The front office checked us in so quickly, and bags arrived so fast. And then Tar, our housekeeper kept the room so clean and did towel art for my wife everyday. Breakfast was wonderful and a wide spread of thai and local food. Room service arrived in 20 mins each time, very impressive as the room was uphill and far from the restaurant. The servings were large. My wife and i couldnt finish the spagetti bolognese. Cocktails were very delicious, and the spanish theme night buffet was very good. When i went to work, khun Chet trained my wife at the gym and also gave information on the recreation facilities and classes. The hotel security also worked hard in hot sun to guide traffic and my wife across the busy road. When we extended our stay, khun may had to change our room as it was committed to another guest. She surprised us with an upgrade to a poolside villa. What she didnt know was that it was our actual anniversary. It was the best present for my wife as she was so excited. When we checked out, Khun Takky gave us the same welcome drink and cold towel as it was very hot at midday. We were so surprised and touched. The staff then waved us goodbye - we are so grateful for this five star experience. We are more than happy to pay full price for this type of service and hospitality. We will definitely come back!

Pullman Cape Panwa was a really amazing experience. I stayed for 4 nights but extended to 5 nights with my wife to celebrate our dating anniversary ( we didn’t tell the hotel because we understand it is staff rate). I would like to say thank you to the whole team from front office reception, housekeeping, sports team and the whole team that made me feel so comfortable even though I am working as a staff of Accor Group. From the moment we checked in, the whole team treated me like VIP even though I’m just a staff member. I really feel so touched to be part of this wonderful family. Khun Pan looked after us and welcomed us at check in, checked on me and my wife everyday because she wanted to do training. Khun Chet helped her train in the gym while i was at work and gave her information on all the classes. Everywhere we went staff were so friendly and front desk was efficient. Every day was a beautiful day. Housekeeping cleaned the room very well everyday and Tar the housekeeper made towel art for my wife and remembered we needed one extra bottle of water a day and automatically refilled without asking. On our last night that we extended our stay, Khun May needed to change our room as it was committed to another guest and she even upgraded us to a villa for the inconvenience (she didn’t know it was the date of our anniversary as we didn’t tell her). This was the best present i could give my wife. Food and drinks were very good. We enjoyed the spanish theme buffet, daily breakfast spread. My wife enjoyed the cocktails as well. We ordered room service many times and it came in 20 mins - very impressive as the room was far from the restaurant. Servings were big and arrived hot. Security also worked very hard to watch the traffic each time we drove in and out. Check out was so smooth - the bellboy was very fast and polite, Khun Takky who was new processed the check out so quickly. My wife was thirsty and she took the initiative to give us the welcome drink and cold towel before we left. This is really wow service. My wife and i would be happy to pay full price without staff rate for such an amazing 5 star experience and thank you very much tor looking after me and my wife. We will stay here 100 percent next time.

Panwa is my favourite location in Phuket. Quite, peaceful, loverly views. The pool villa was perfect. I'd like to mention Fahad, bellman Yang, and Ted on reception who helped make this a special holiday.

Great hospitality & maintainace by the entire people of Pullman.... Thank you King, Tack (florist )& Mai for wonderful surprise Whether it was the front desk, the concierge, or the housekeeping staff, everyone demonstrated an incredible commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Phuket and looking for top-tier service in a breathtaking location!
